Envelopes for Supplementary Materials
This procedure includes the following items; maps, charts, illustrations, DVD, CD-ROMs, disks, etc.
- Find envelope of proper size in file drawer.
- Put printer labels (call number should match book, with “map&rdrdquo; or “chart” or other appropriate term added) on white book card and card pocket.
- Type and attach labels for card pockets using appropriate in blank space.   A. In book ACCOMPANYING “ITEM&redquo; HOUSED AT THE CIRCULATION DESK.
- Attach card pocket and label (from printer) to clean side as shown: Add picture
- If item is computer disk, label should go on envelope that reads "Computer Disk Do Not SENSITIZE OR DESENSITIZE. KEEP AWAY FROM ANY MAGNETIC MEDIUM"
